Registration problems.

Hello.


When i register galciv2 dread lords, it says registration complete, and when i click ok and it starts searching, it says the password and e-mail are invalid. Im running on windows vista. Everything is how it should be so im not sure what to do.

Are you actually logged into SDC (It should say so down in the bottom right corner)?

I think its because i have changed e-mails since i installed galciv2. This was done many months ago, and i have only just installed stardock on my new computer. I will e-mail them and see what happens.#

Yes, if you've got something scrambled in the email-account linkage, [email protected] should be able to sort that out for you.

i regesterd it, but activation fails, i have collectors addition, i put in the number with dushes without nothing works, what is wrong?

it was settled, i dont know how, i send an email to support, whean i put in the code again inregestry and it works, i have no idea what was done diff., but im happy. Hope next time i upgrade my comp, i dont have to go through what again :) THX to support.
