Sometimes title bar is completely transparent - Vista

On my Widows Vista, sometimes when I start a program the title bar is completely transparent. If I exit and restart the program, the title bar is correct again. Doesn't seem to matter what Skin I'm using or what program I'm launching.

Core 2 Duo Q6600 2.4GHz
Intel S975XBX2 MoBo
Corsair 4GB (4x1) XMS2 DDR2
XFX GeForce 8800 Ultra
Dell 2407WFP
Windows Vista Ultimate x64 SP1

I would be grateful if this problem can be fixed. I am getting tired of the default Vista interface, but I can't get WB until this problem is fixed (yes, it's that frequent).

Sorry for the double post. Page timed out and I hit refresh.

Anyway, I am using the demo, downloaded off this site, if that makes any difference.

March 25, 2008 19:14:06 Date of last post.-----May 11, 2008 19:35:12 Todays date. The trial,or demo version of WindowBlinds is only good for 30 days, after which, you'll need to purchase it. It's a great program and well worth the money. :D

^^That doesn't matter to me. I pretty much reinstall Windows once every 2 months (I use a ghost image). I used to own WindowBlinds in the XP days, and I agree it's a great program. I have been trying out each point release of WB since I started using Vista, just to see if this problem is solved. I try it out for an hour or so, then end up uninstalling it. This problem pops up approximately once per 8-10 program launches, sometimes much more frequently. I find that too annoying to just put up with. If I could get a permanent solution, it would be worth it, otherwise...

imAlphaOmega.. is this only in maximized windows? Can you post a couple of screens, one with problem and one without, using ..same theme.. in both screenshots?

The first screenshot u posted does not even look like windows explorer, the search Icon is outside of the search box, explorer doesnt ..do that.

Also.. is it happening on just themes with translucent frames? Have you tried using a theme that has opaque frames?.

^^ The problem appears both in maximized as well as regular windows. It doesn't matter what window state the program is launched to, or if the state is changed after launching. The screenshots I gave were of regular state windows (not maximized), and they are of the same theme, Vienna Vista, taken only seconds apart.

Both screenshots of regular old Windows Explorer. Explorer does have the search button outside the search box when no skin is applied to a window (try loading the Windows Classic skin). Obviously, no skin is being loaded when this problem occurs.

I have tried all sorts of skins, from those that support transparency to those that don't, skins that target Vista specifically to those made for XP. I have even tried turning off per-pixel skinning all together. No change is the situation. Even if that had worked, it would have defeated the purpose of WindowBlinds.
