How does each race feel??

Again another question for someone who hasnt played the game yet. I heard that each of the three races will play and feel very different from each other. So far i have only found that the Vassari centre around expensive hightech ships. What do the TEC and Advent play like??

The TEC are a very trade/economy oriented race. They have several techs that greatly help economically (one high level tech actually gives the TEC player a percentage of ALL money/resources spent by all the other empires in the game!). Their ships are of course weaker and cheaper than the Vasari, and focus a bit more on defenses than offense/screwing with the enemy as is the case with the Vasari.

As for the Advent, a dev would have to answer, since they're not in Beta 4. The only thing we know about them is that they focus heavily on psionics and apparently have very powerful culture.

yea what he said the advent have a very strong culture mid to late game. The dev also said somthing about thier carriers being strong but rest is beyond me. Why dont you go look at the lore.

Well i did so pretty much the economic power of the TEC make sense but then i am very curious about the Advent as it just sayst they have psionic powers.

The devs have been pretty tight-lipped about the Advent! They've released little snippets and generalizations about them to the community, but nothing really specific :P
