On the black bar at the top is an "Articles" section. You'll find Tutorials in there. There's also a Wiki.........I'll track down a link and post it......

WBlinds tutorial by: mrrste by *Skinning is the first and only VIDEO tutorial I know of.

For other written tuorials, you might also want to try SKINARTISTRY. They have a great workshop forum. You'll have to sign up, but it's FREE and the folks are great there. A lot of them you see around here as well.
