I don't have the boxes or the booklet, my dad advised me to get rid of the boxes cause they took up to much space

Please send us a picture of the box, cds, book, serial number, and sales slip. We follow up on the purchase. In the case of the Amazon purchase send all of these and the confirmation screen.

There is NO guarantee that we will issue a serial number. Everything is evaluated on a case by case basis. We cannot be help responsible for people violating the ULA and reselling, or publicly shared serial numbers. We are also not heartless and will do what we can to better the interests of our legitimate customers. We are gamers too after all.

One major note is that when you send in these screen shots they need only be clear, not good. If you send a very large file the spam filters will block it so be sure to have the file sizes on the low side.

Stalin we will evaluate what you have and do our best but like I said I can't promise you anything. Please send what you have and we will go from there.

I sent an email two days ago asking if a screen shot of the receipt and pictures of the disks would work yet not response. Should I just send them a screen shot of the receipt and pictures of the disk? Or should i wait for a response before sending it?

I have the exact same problem...I had registered GalCiv 2, but when I finally got around to buying DA, I could only find the Gold edition in retail...I think I got it at a Gamestop at the mall in Corpus Christi, its been a while. Anyhow, just bought Twilight from this website, and it tells me to update DA everytime I try to play it. It lets me play, but it feels like maybe it is scaled down? I can update GalCiv 2, but not DA on Stardock, because I never registered DA and I have no clue where the serial is...I have managed to find disk one of the gold edition, maybe I could take a photo or possibly give you the numbers on the other side of the disc that I have no idea what they mean?

I have the booklet as well...no box though. All I've got is the Booklet and so far I've only been able to track down disc 1 of the gold edition. Good luck to you Stalin, I'll post if anything comes up for me that may be helpful.
