Stardock Webshop Error

Perhaps Frogboy can help me out with this one...

I attempted to purchase a copy of GalCiv last night via direct dl. I was able to enter all of my credit and personal information without any trouble. However, on the third screen of the order page (something like "order completed"), I recieved an error message saying something to the effect that the webshop had an internal error...

However, there was also a message on the page next to the VeriSign icon that informed me that my payment information had been recieved and recorded. So, this is my question: Has my credit card been charged? If so, when will I recieve the link to download the game? (I haven't yet and it's been about 20 hours since I completed the transaction.) If my card hasn't been charged, I would gladly purchase the game somewhere else, but I don't want to do that until I'm sure. Can you help me? Or can you direct me to someone who can help me? I sent an email to [email protected] immediatly after the error occured and have received no response...

Any help you can provide would be much appreciated. Thanks! -L4mbTr0n

Let's get some realistic response time views here guys okay?

You're not going to get an email response from sales when the email is sent after hours and then you're looking for responses before we've even opened. LOL

Another update:

I received an e-mail from sales today stating that my account had NOT been charged, and that I should simply reorder the game. However, Visa says that the funds have already been transfered... oye! I'll probably have to send a copy of my statement in order for them to believe me, but what I really want is to start playing this (supposedly) excellent game! That's why I bought it via direct download... I could have waited a couple of weeks and got it off gamestop or something...

In response to frogboy:
I wasn't really expecting a response immediatly after i sent it... and I do realize that the error occured after hours. However, the error occured on Sunday evening, and I got a response Tuesday afternoon... Is it unreasonable to expect next day responses from a company reknowned for its customer service?

Thanks for the number Java, I called and left a message, hopefully they'll get back to me soon.
