mutliplicity does not start on logon

Hi
I have a laptop that I use as a primary and a PC that i use as a secondary. Both are running XP SP2. The secondary PC starts up Multiplicity fine, but the primary PC has MultiSRV32.exe running in the processes, but the splash screen for multiplicity does not come up, and I am unable to use it. When I try to kick it off from the start menu, the program still doesn't start. I am using the trial version that I downloaded yesterday. If I can get this to work I will certianly be purchasing the Pro version as it has all the features I am after (when it is working).

Let me know if there is anything I am doing wrong, as it was working perfectly yesterday, and since shutting down and restarting I cannot get it to work.

Regards
Dan

Quick reinstall. Your service isn't running. Also after the reinstall check the "look IP address each time".

You still get stuck try us at [email protected] or call us.

Reinstalled twice, still no deuce. Even when it installs, it starts the service, shows the config wizard then disappears.

But sometimes it will start when I log off the laptop and log back on without restarting...

Are you able to ping from one computer to the other? Also telnet?
