WB won't dl on XP

I have a Dell Dimension w/XP, sp2...When I try to dl windowblinds, it looks like normal download, and gets to about 70% then has an error message, says "server was reset". I have tried a dozen times. I got CursorXP just fine. Pleeeeeeeeese, someone help me?

download and install stardock central, with this program installed you can then use it to download and install windowblinds. as well as other stardock programs. good luck
