Can't play as other races

It isn't a huge problem but I can't play as any other race other than the Humans. Also I cannot change my opponents when I am setting up a game. Thank you in advance for any help you can give.

You have a scenario or custom map set. Check both and reset them on the first screen of new game creation.

Thank you so much, I changed my settings and it allows me to play as the other races. Also I thank you for replying so quickly; I have experienced other support groups that took days to weeks to help me. Thank you again.
