desktopx Enterprise is stopped working

desktopx is stopped working

I successfully installed desktopx3.1 enterprise version,but when i try to load themes with extention .desktop and .dxdesktop the message window showing "desktopx.exe is stopped working" is coming.please tell me how to overcome it.

try importing the theme in while in builder mode, then saving it
