strange problem

So i have a strange problem, i posted once before but sumthing didnt take so im trying again. Im having a problem when my camera gets to close to a star in a solar system i havnt visted yet. when the camera gets too close everything goes invisible. its strange. check out the pics
Here im hanging out just outside the point im having trouble with
Heres what it looks like when i change the angle a little and get closer to the problem sun.
heres the sun i think is the problem
Heres me jumping to the next planet, again too close to the sun to see anything. notice even my fleet is blurred out.
And finally this is my fleet after the jump on the next planet. You cant see any icons for the little guys, and you cant see the enemy ships either. There is a huge battle going on in this picture.
