Startmenu user icon

Is there any way to customize the user icon in the windows start menu?  Whenever I load a windowblinds skin, I get a generic image next to my name.  I would love to use my windows user icon if possible.  Any ideas?

You have to double click it, it will open up the user pic dialog, you can also access it through your control panel. On XP

I have changed my user pic before. I only seem to have this problem with the windowblinds startmenu skinning overlay. Doubleclicking on the user image has no effect. If I were to unload windowblinds and do as you instructed, I would have no problem changing the picture through the native XP skin. Does windowblinds not support custom user images in the start menu, or is ther an XP or windowblinds setting that I am missing?
