Serials gone missing

I just fired up SDC to check for the next Beta (yes, I'm impatient), and I got the message 'unable to validate registration'. Of course, I go and look at my registration info on the GC2 website, and... all of my registrations are gone?!?

So I go to my mail account and get the last 'lookup serials' mail to enter the registration again. SDC tells me, 'registration successful'. Because I'm somehow doubt that, I close and restart SDC. And again, 'unable to validate registration'.

I already mailed this in to support, but I post it here again to see if maybe somebody else has the same problem. Or maybe it's related to the next Beta?

Anyway, I hope this can somehow get sorted out.

Edit: The only thing that I can think of that might have caused this was that I updated to the 1.8f inofficial patch, then went back to 1.8e in order to post the game to Metaverse. However, that WORKED, so why should the registration information get completely deleted?

Some servers are undergoing maintenance today, so you may have problems if you're configured to use the US-2 server in SDC's settings--switch over to 1 if you're not already, and see if that helps.

Press the "My Account" button then press "Registrations".

It's gone blank for me too.

I can't post to the Metaverse any more. It just says error 12.

pndrev is right, I could post to the metaverse after I reverted to V1.8e.

That doesn't explain why I don't have any registrations, though.

I guess I'll wait and see if they come back tomorrow after that server maintenance.

I'm already on US-1. However, since themoose gets the same symptom (blank registration on myaccount tab), after using 1.8f and then 1.8e, maybe the update really has something to do with this.

Update:

Registrations are back. You really could warn us when doing maintenance, I nearly had a heart attack yesterday.

On the bright side, due to the lack of the next Beta, I could get an early start today and will have the whole weekend for gaming.

Update to the Update:

Nope, got home, checked SDC: "failed to validate".

Curiously, when I go to galciv2.com and then on account information -> registration, I get a blank page where my serial should be. If I click on My Account -> registration here in the forums, it shows all serials?

I already have.

However, switching to US-2 as server seems to solve the SDC problem. I'll try submitting to Metaverse later. And of course, my registration page still is blank.

Support told me to re register with SDCentral which I had already done. I tried again and it didn't work.

I still have no registrations.

The forum link works perfectly, it also displays the registrations. US-1 in SDC gives me a failed validation, US-2 seems to work (give me an hour and I'll try submitting). Just found out: The error page goes away when I logout and then login using the gc2 page instead of the forum. Registrations are still blank, though.

I would try reinstalling, but I'm a bit cautious lest my serials end up in Nirvana for good...
