Changing the Vista startup sound

Hey,
I've just bought Vista a few days ago, so I don't know much about it yet (though I've gotten past the initial frustration and figured out how to turn off the most annoying features. That's quite good for me in only a few days).
So, I'm at the point where I want to make it look all nice and everything, so I've come to this site since it's where I came to fix up my XP (wow, though, this site has changed a lot since then!).
The thing I'm looking for right now is how to change that startup sound. All I could find was this thread: https://forums.wincustomize.com/?forumid=363&aid=128871 , which just says there is a way, but not exactly how. For XP I was using StyleXP, which had the themes and boot screens and sounds and everything all in one program, but it looks like Windowblinds is what everyone's using for Vista, and it doesn't seem to have sounds in it.
Which program is it that customises sounds? Actually, I'd rather just find where Vista is hiding that sound and overwrite it, but I suppose a program would do in a pinch. Is there one program that customises everything like StyleXP did, or do I have to get all of them?
