No, hes useing slider xp from www.maxstyles.com. One touch from bilbo makes a WB to be amazing.

How did you get the window background transparent like that?
This is my Eminence theme.
I have objectdock 1.9 with a KkMenu 2.80 dock (It's so very useful) and I made my own custom "skin" for the weather docklet. I've tried skinning every element to look like Eminence except the main windows and start bar (I'm too cheap for windowblinds). Anyways, the default Vista look goes nice with Eminence.
