Constant explorer errors

Hi, I just upgraded from WB^ to Object Desktop. since the upgrade I have been getting alot of explorer errors. At first it happened when i changed the icon package,so i changed it back and it was ok. But now i still get it whenever i open any of the Object Desktop Apps. Im running XP PRO sp2.
Here is what it says when I click on details.

Could you post your WB System Info here?

It may also help if you rename the iprepair.dll file (located within the IconPackager directory) to something like iprepair.dll.bak, so that it will not be used. Certain security apps may dislike how this particular dll interfaces with system files.
