Error when TweakVista starts, then shuts down

I have recently installed the Tweakvista trial version. When I start the program, the "welcome to tweakvista" box pops up giving you the option to buy the full version. Once I close that box the program stops working, I get the "tweakvista has stopped working, windows is searching for a solution" box, and then the program closes.

I have been unable to run the program even once. I have tried emailing stardock support, as others who've mentioned the same problem suggest, but I've gotten no reply.

Please help! I really want to use this program!

Hi! Can you give us some more of your hardware / software specs? Usually that time at start up is spent evaluating your system. It sounds like it's running into something it wasn't setup to handle.

This is a known problem for some systems which have not correctly run a system assessment on initial load. A fix should be up for both the trial and the full version shortly.
