What The @#$#@!!

UH...What? Me no can get skin

I click a windowblind skin link to get me a skin, all looks fine, saving to temporary folder dialogue appears...........WindowBlinds configuration opens up, UH.... Wheres my skin? What the @#$#@!!!

When the configuration window opens up the skin is not shown in the list. i rebuild the list, nothing. Where is it? Someone must Know?!? Rebooting and Unloading? Nope, nothing. Grrrrrrrrrr!...Ideas?    Anyone?

I've downloaded lots of skins in the past with no problem, click the link, temp folder dialogue opens, bubble pops up telling me a new skin was installed. Presto! Never a problem. NOT ANYMORE! ARG!

P.S. The windowblinds config window never use to open automaticly. It would inform me the skin was installed, and I'd have to click the notafication bubble or open windowblinds config manually and apply....now windowblinds opens automaticly but no skin.

try redownloading the skin again, but this time save the skin to disk instead of directly into windowblinds, once thats done open windowblinds and click add visual styles a box will pop up and you click i want to install the skin from a file on my computer, click that button and navigate to where you saved the skin, click the skin and it now should be loaded and showing in the configuration. personally i never download the skins directly into windowblinds, i always download them somewhere else (preferably a seperate disk). that way if windowblinds goes pear shaped and u forget to archive u will always have copies of all the skins and don't have to go through the tedium of redownloading them all again. good luck

If the WB config window opens then wbconfig has been associated with .WBA files instead of wbload.

I'm not given an option to save the file, it automaticly begins to download:(
And how do I reassociate wbconfig?

Right-click on a .wba file, go to Open With... then 'Choose default program'.  Browse to the WindowBlinds directory, and select wbload.exe.  That should do the trick.

Check your browser to see if you're given the option to ask where you want to save instead of automatically saving to wherever. I always save the wba's to my harddrive, then open the wb config and install them.
