Parsing Error when Strting Desktopx

I recently have been having have been having an Error Message " Parsing Error' Pop up when starting DesktopX and can't get the desktop to load. This happens also after I reinstalled the program fully. any help would be appreciated.

This is on an XP unit and I thank you for the reply. I did find a glitch in my LIVE care program and I think I got it back to normal. Thanks Smitty
