To the \Program Files\CursorXP\Themes folder.

if the file you're downloading is a rar file, extract the CursorXPTheme file inside it to where Hank said. if you're downloading a CursorXPTheme file, just save it to where Hank said. hope that helps

Do you have a link to the CursorXP theme that you downloaded?

That downloads as Vampothika.CurXPTheme and you should only need to double-click it to load.

Demon, I created a folder to where I DL the cursors. Just give it a name you'll remember. I have WInRaR, basically after DL'ing the file, I click on extract here...voila...there's the cursor. after that, just go to your mouse settings, and load the new cursor...HTH

Uhm....stupid question, do you have CursorXP installed? If you do doubleclicking on it should work, or just open the cursorxp config, and select Browse from the theme dropdown to add the new cursor, doesn't matter where you saved it to.

Bebi, I think the user does have the program. However, has not posted back so, we don't know if the user has figured it out or not??? We'll just have to wait
