This collection of recollections of my climb to my imaginary 'top' spot in the wonderful world of country music, a spot one can only imagine for obvious reasons, is written with the hope that you all might enjoy the trip as much as I would have. If you're a songwriter, a musician, or just a fan, I think you'll get a kick out of the mix of reality and gonzo happenings that you'll find in the up-coming installments. In Bob Dylan's "ZooMe,Zoo You" there's this line that captures the 'spirit' of the book; "Down the street the dogs are barkin' as the sun ovulates...

'We're just one to many revisionists...tryin' to break a sweat'
