Yet another hanging problem

Like other players i have had problems with the game hanging. It seems to come when i reach a certain number of turns after which i can barely have loaded a save game and moved around the map for the game to hang. After about 5 minutes it will move again but simply hang again soon after. I've tried updating my drivers from www.laptopvideo2go.com/ with vista 32bit ones but they cause the computer screen to distort so i had to roll back. I've also checked my processor drivers but they are the latest according to windows. I'm all out of ideas.. anyone else got any thoughts. The debug is below
