Simulair problem of other .bootskin file included!

Ok so Ive made 2 Bootskin now and follow tutorial perfectly and is wasnt that hard as I use PS all the time. Now when I preview it it looks great but when I apply it it looks like crap ##$%^^. Here's the file if anyone can figure ut why this is please let me know.

The background image and progress animation have different colour palettes, they have to be the same for it to work.

The best way round this is to copy and paste a 22x9 section of the background as a progress animation, you'll have indenticle palettes then.
