Start menu user pic - xp overriding windowblinds

XP seems to be placing its own user pic over the one included in different blinds. I can't seem to figure out how to see the windowblind user pic that is underneath the xp one, please help!!

start/ control panel/User Accounts/select the account you want to modify/Change my picture/Browse for more pictures/(look in the folder of the WB whose user pic you want to use) select and apply. now your user pic on the start menu will show the one you want

That or go into the WB config settings and make sure "if a skin has a replacement user icon, replace with skin supplied one" is checked.

This is actually checked.... I'm not sure why it is doing this and ideally I would like it to automatically replace the pic instead of me changing it myself. One thing I did notice when I had the Pirate suite running is that the pirate user pic showed up in my user pics under the xp user accounts, so it actually did apply it correctly. When I change to any other blind it will just keep whatever was in the XP user account pic as the pic over the windowblind one... how the hell is this happening????

Many WB skins include user pics, however very few actually have them assigned properly, in SkinStudio when skin was created, for them to be used when skin is applied.

Sidenote, You can also just click the user pic itself and it will open up the Xp user pic dialog.
