Trying to use SS6 with PhotoImpact 12 and PaintShop Pro7

When I try to edit something with PhotoImpact it stops working SS6 does not open it. Always Crashing on Vista

I am also using PaintShop Pro7 , SS6 runs the program but does not open TGA files....

Can anyone help on this as these two programs runs perfect on Vista
