In the store, what does it mean by "downlad and CD" does it mean that it will let you download the program AND ship you a CD? Because that does'nt seem to make much sense.

Yes. Kind of a token thing for us fuddy duddies that have to have something physical to account for the money spent. That and it could come in handy later if your stuck having to install without internet available.
