Question about Cintrium Rainlender

This may not go here, but I downloaded the Cintrium rainlender but when I Extract it, it's just a bunch of images so how do I load it so that it works on my desktop.

If the images were in a folder [after you unzipped] just drop that folder into your Rainlendar skins folder.

On my machine that is: C:/Program Files/Rainlendar2/skins

It [the folder] should also contain an .ini file as well though ...is it not present?

Oh they're are a lot of .ini files I'll try dragging those.
