Help with autopilot?

One simple guestion.
if I pick up a ship and i want to send it to somewhere using autopilot. HOW DO I DO THIS?
ican't find any hotkey or any other way to use autopilot, and i dont want to move every ship by manually. this is really getting in to my nerves
anyone please help?

Select the ship and right-click on the destination. Autopilot refers to any movement order, if it takes more than one turn to get there.

Thanks a lot mate. I tried that at the very begining, but it seems that my old mouse was little bit disable, so i changed a new one from other computer and IT'S WORKING
