Should we report issues with WB6 beta?

I have been using the WB 6 beta for a week now, and I really love it. The blur effects are fantastic, and really help read the titlebar text.

I do have a few little issues that I have found with WB6 beta. I was wondering should I report them, and if so, where? Is there some formal process that I need to go through?

Just curious - I want WB6 to be the best WindowBlinds EVAR(sic).

When I installed WB6,my tiltle bar changed to white. I'm using Mauve Boost Theme. Object Dock goes with the theme color but the title bar doesn't. Is this a bug, or is it supposed to do this?
