Hit "print screen", and paste it into Paint is the easiest way.

Do you mean the icons themselves or the way they are displayed? If it's the way they are displayed...check out ObjectDock on Stardock.com

IMHO minimilist is best (for me) - upper left hand corner, minimized/open apps - upper right, start menu button and system tray [all objectdock] - bottom is rocketdock.
