Cannot register dread lords to get updated please help

I have the cds for DL (dread lords) and have installed when i go to register in stardock central i put in the correct serial number that i find on cd2 and it says that i have used the wrong email address.Now i am registered on stardock cental with this email address and i have no other email address. Can any1 make heads or tails of this and help me please..

Are your cds first-hand or have you a second hand version of GC2?

hey data2003 i had exactly same problem, and i know my cds were first hand but for some reason support said my serials were already in use!!!!!!!!!!!!!i am ANGRY !!!

And just to clarify it is a first hand disc I bought it in my local game store.

How are you sure it is first hand and nor resold by the game store as new? What have you exactly bought? In which country?

BTW, the star trek mod is for DL or DA?

Im 100 percent sure its a first hand game i bought it in ireland in my GAME store the store is jus called GAME bu there are loads of them around the country nd i dnt tink they would sell 2nd hand games and promote them as new.Thanks for your input tho.

What do u mean the star trek mod is for DL or DA i have DL but when i go to use the mod it dosent work I was told to get the latest patches and i cant do that because i cant register its all a vicious cycle.

Is it an european version sold by Paradox? If is it so, you should post on their forum http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=304 as they are responsible to manufacture copies with unused serial Id.

And for your information, GC2:DL was released near one year and half ago.

hey mine was bought in Game(the store) aswell, and in Game if something is second hand or preowned they slap a sticker on it saying so and its a reduced price, my copy was not reduced and there was no sticker, and i bought it in england.
