Approval bug

At least I hope it's a bug...
One day I notice my approval is at 1%, after hovering around 85%. So I check one of my planets... Is this normal??

What version of the game are you running? I recall this issue being caused by choosing the good option on a certain random event where the game wasn't properly limiting the range of bonuses/penalties, but I'm pretty sure it was fixed (at least in DA).
