invalid serial key(s)?

Okay, so I finally managed to fix the problem with logging onto stardock only to find out that I cannot register galciv2 due to an invalid serial key. I bought the game from stardock so I figured this is easily remedied. I clicked the lookup serial key button. I promptly received an email with the serial key (or so I thought). Well, no surprise here, it didn't work. So I clicked the find serial key button again and got a completely different serial key that still doesn't work. All in all, between the original emails from stardock sales and the 3 times I've tried to "find my serial key," I have ended up with 5 completely different and completely useless serial keys. Any help would be appreciated as this is getting quite frustrating.
