Problems with showing skins

Hello! I have some problems.
I reinstaled my windows. This is academic edition May2007 edition... that means it has all updates until that date(including WMP11, IE7). So, i have installed it, after that i installed Vista tranformation Pack 7.0 that installed Aero Style in windowsBlinds.

But everytime i try to apply a skin it doesn't show it

... i want some help pls... if u need any information i will give it

open WB, click 'view my sytem information' on the left and copy/paste to here all that shows up

my computers doing the same thing i dont have the things u have but i just down loaded object desktop and my computer all f'ed up
