Need to ppice it up a bit ?

First, let me say, I love that game (already told it in other messages).

Howerver, I find the interface design a bit simple. I mean, they are nice, clear and helpfull, but a bit old in style. Don't you think it would add to the title to integrate an interface design equivalent to the one found in RTS (C&C3 faor exemple, or Dawn of War).

It is, mind you, purely haestetical, but well, you have the potential to create such a hugh game ... could'nt hurt.

Meh... Interface is fine, there are much more important things I'd rather have the Dev's worry about.

Each race will have its own interface look, but that's a low priority item you probably won't see in the beta.

First off, WTF is "haestetical"? I can't figure it out.

Second, mind explaining your idea in enough detail that I actually have a clue what you're asking about? As it stands, its a bunch of double-speak that says nothing past "include a better UI!".

I meant aesthetic. Sorry, french speaker, but still, keep cool, your answer is quite violent, almost rude..

Then, I know it is very very low priority, however I though you could use the info, if you get a couple of hours free at the end of the very long check list ...

Finally, I just meant that the interface is kind of too much cartoon/drawings. It is fine, kind of reminicent of the interface in "sword of the stars". A more realistic interface could reinforce the already great atmosphere.

I am happy toknow though that each race will have its own interface.

Thats because I'm blunt. I try to control it, don't always succeed. And it really annoys me when someone throws out bland generality's without any concrete ideas behind them for a request (hence my control slipping, and me not even realizing I was approaching rude). Sometimes you can't come up with ideas as to how to further your request, but simply saying "prettier" UI drives me nuts because its so general as to be meaningless.
