Need advice on purchasing game

Okay, I have decided to buy the game

Now, I need some honest opinions here on whether to drive 50 miles roundtrip to get it in a store, or download it. I have cable modem,
Is the manual worth the trip? Is the game that complicated where I will need the printed manual, or will the PDF file be enough?

Make the drive. The manual isn't that special or anything, but being able to install off the CD seems to be a much easier process. Besides, a 50 mile trip isn't bad at all -- unless it's all city driving.
