GalCiv is at 8.6 for pro ratings, but as for gamer rankings it is at a measly 7.5 because so few people have voted. It's a great site to read up on what games are really like. Anyhow lets push this score up some. It takes a some time before your post is listed. And remember to vote after posting a few words.

I just posted a gamer review on www.gamestop.com as well. It posted my comments immediatly, I am not sure if you have to be a Gamestop Complete subscriber to post or not. But give it a try.
