i found 6 under my nic, i would also do search on NSOrg because that individual/group is taking credit for a lot of your walls, just a few i recognized..boss, skinhit, phoon, homeryulo.

Anyone who wants mine can have them, I really don't care. Funny, I don't think I am Rembrant, but some here do. We are giving them up for free here to folks and now you complain that your stuff is being taken without permission. I understand we want people to come here but when you have 3 members online and 1600 guests, do you really think this will make those 1600 buy/pay for anything. I wish we didn't let people download anything without making some type of purchase, but we do, up to a limit. I gotta say, If you let them download a wall and they use your name with it then you are getting the reputation and credit. Wincustomize isn't, thats what the big deal is really. Wincustomize allows people to download stuff, and you post it, now why would you complain, because it shows up someplace else? I don't get it. Please explain it to me. If it is good enough for here then it's good enough for the world. Be glad someone thought it was worth their time to post it someplace else.

Intellectual property is as real as any other.  Taking it and giving it away elsewhere is theft.  It's not about who has it, it's about how they get it.

Also, I fail to see how the number of members vs. the number of guests is relevant in this discussion.

to answer the question?

Its my property I upload for Private use by others.any other use needs AUTHORIZATION BY me....they were not uploaded for some yahoo to build a site and use my stuff to pad his pockets by selling ad space while using mine and others stuff as bait for traffic..I control it's distribution on the net.

Now if he had simply asked me...I would have been glad to offer them up to help start a new budding desktop customization site...but to just take...thats a No No

I don't mind as long as I'm given credit. Which I am. And nothing added or taken away from it. It's just more exposure.
