According to the devs, you can email [email protected] from the email account that you originally registered with and ask them to copy and paste your serial numbers from your stardock account. If you have the registration email that Stardock sent when you first registered then do not use the registration number to re-register. It seems to mess up your Metaverse account.

More specifically, if you're registered your game before you can just enter your email address at support.stardock.com and you'll receive a list of all serials you have registered with us. As you might expect though, if you haven't registered it previously, we won't have it either.
