i bought my copie of calciv2 by gamestop in berlin/germany last friday. on saturday i wrote an e-mail with all the information which stardock needs to activate my game/update, cause i have no internet connectiobn at home.

i did all this here:

now it is almost wednesday here in germany. it says it needs about 16 hours to answear me. but i still got no answear from [email protected]


Why?


i contacted the support by [email protected] but no answear there too?

what´s wrong with this company?

please do something. i wanna play that game.

You should at least get an automated response telling you that a support ticket was opened. If not, make sure that it hasn't been stopped in any spam filters you may have (same goes for the activation response).

right, i got an automated response from the support. but i got nothing for my game activation. why i have to wait over 72 hours?

someone can tell me why?

There may have been a problem with it. If it was simply not received, then support can resend it, and if there was an error of some sort, they can help you get through it.
