CTD - Dumpfile

Well, I just have two crashes, when it asked me whether to send the dump file or not I click yes (that's all I need to do right?)


Anyway it crash about 2 minutes after I saved (thought me lucky, after playing for about 2 hours? ). After I load up the save it crashed again by my estimation also about after 2 minutes.


Like I said I sent the two dumps file, if that was not what I'm doing please tell me how. (Do I need the other debug program that stardock used with Galciv2? )

If you click yes, that should be all that you have to do

You sure? cause in beta1 we had to send them by mail. And some ppl like my self didnt get a mail popup as it was supposed to do.

It depends on your windows settings. If it doesn't automatically send you need to open c:\documents and settings\username\application data\ironclad games\sins of a solar empire\minidumps\name of minidump.dmp (or something close to this depending on your operating system and install) and email the file to us manually. These files are extremely useful to us for tracking crashes.
