I fugared out the constructer resource base bug

and i know this is in another feed i just don't want to look for it
so here goes
the bug is when a constructer goes to a resource with a way point it doesn't turn into the starbase
the reason is that i always set my way points to build fleets
so when the constructer gets to the way point it is trying to follow two orders the fleet order and the auto build starbase order(i hope you understand that one).
what i did to figuare it out was i disbanded the fleet and it immideately became the base
