Fog of War Sorta Working

It seems that the fog of war might not be working correctly. For example, I can keep my harassing ships out of harms way, watch the defense shield appear on a planet (in the fog), move in and attack. Shouldn't have I have to patrol to see that kind of information?

Yeah... I find it curious that i can tell the entire makeup of a fleet in orbit around a star halfway across the galaxy.

Agreed, this is one of the changes that need to be made. Orbital fleet composition should only be available when within sensor range.

In fact, what use is sensor tech when I get this info without it?
