Categorys - Can They Be Better

I Noticed since the vista release, that browsing through the WindowsBlinds Category that me and other people are getting confused about which skins are for which operating system, and i was just wondering whether it is possible to create 2 different sub-sections. 1 for WindowsBlinds XP and 1 WindowsBlinds Vista, It would make it a lot easier, Thanks

There has been discussion about this. I guess I started the ball rolling when I started "Dumping Old Stuff". It's been a contention that some stuff doesn't work on newer updated computers. I have seen people who have had problems with classics because they didn't work on xp, now vista, many may not work right. I will wait to see myself because I can't say. Let us know what you find out. Thanks.

There used to be filters that could be applied to uploaded skins at the old site (ie UIS1 or 2).  I liked that advanced search feature.

good idea...a filter or sub secion would be handy. to allow folks to easily find the ones they can use is hard to weed through which are compatable at times...expecially if the author forgot to post which its for.....

The Tag system will somday work the same way as filters (maybe).  But those will only work for more recent skins.

Shame it would be very usefull for it to apply to all the WB Skins, Oh well guess my brain might cope with it
