problem downloading DA

I just recently purchased Dark Avatar and I am having problems downloading it. It properly shows up under my purchased games but something weird happens when I try to download it. When I click to download it the download status bar immediately says "100% complete" and then doesn't do anything, despite the fact that the download is 251 MB. Also, the cancel button doesn't work on the download and I have to close the Stardock Central application to get the download attempt to stop.

If you have a firewall, antivirus, or antispyware app running it could interfere with the process; you may try temporarily disabling any of these you have. If the problem persists after that, try reinstalling SDC, and failing that, contact [email protected].

Thanks for the reply. I did both things, reinstalled SDC and turned off firewall and it still doesn't download properly. I'll send an email.

OK, I got Dark Avatar to download now. I had to turn off the show pre-release options in Stardock and download a non-beta version of Dark Avatar.
