Key / Serial Help Please

i reciently installed windows vista i purchased the game origionaly from Circut city Union City CA
regesterd with stardock but only played at home i was perfectly content with this.
then i installed windows vista and tryed to reinstall thegame only to find it was saying the key / serial's from the gem case and even the one StarDock had recorded are incorrect!
please help me find a wayto get it to accept my Legal codes ><

What's the exact error message it's giving you?

Try using the serial request at http://support.stardock.com (just enter the email you registered with) to make sure you've got the right serial and email address. Alternately, you can just log into SDC with the account you registered the game to and download it; SDC will handle the activation transparently.
