You call that crawling?!
She's a doll. Shovelheat's mom couldn't be more right. Ashley is everywhere you don't want her to be. She's cheering on the lawnmower at the sliding glass door in the back yard right now.
They start crawling and your house is like living with a vac set on reverse. They are so much fun though. Izzy looks like a sweetie pie. Bet she gets you smiling even when you feel like you'll never smile again.
Motherhood, the toughest job you'll ever love. Nothing beats a giggle and smile from your baby girl. Thanks for sharing yours TW.
SC: Thanks. She is precious!

Mason: No doubt!
Jill: LOL. It's more like military low crawling, but hey, that phrase still has the word "crawling" in it. Hahaha. She's only 5 months!
(Orian crawled at 4 months...poor me! Hahahaha)How cute about Ashley. I can picture it!
I hope you'll post some new pics. I'm sure she's grown so much since the last time we've "seen" her. I love your description of living with a crawling baby. How funny.
You know, lots of new mommies talk about how hard it is to have a newborn. I don't agree. Newborns are easy. When they start getting into everything, THAT is hard!
And she sure does make me smile. When I am feeling really low she always does something to shake me out of it. Of course the boys do, too. But there's something special about a fresh, new human being.
I love that you say crawls low like the army guys - daddy's girl for sure!
He is proud of her, but also sad that he's missing so much.
great stuff tex. thank you for sharing the treasure that izzy is.
And I'm ridiculous with the baby talk, LOL.

any mother or father that claims to have never done baby talk to an infant is HUGE LIAR! I know I did .
That reminds me. I need to price one of those baby cages.
She sure is cute!
JJ: LOL, your house is going to be craaaaaaazy. I can just picture it. How fun.
It sounds like they are doing great. It won't be long until they've either caught up entirely are are pretty close to their peers.
My cousin and his wife had their son at 6 months (not sure how many weeks) and he was barely over a lb. He's a 2 year old now, he's a complete hoss and hitting all his milestones.
Baby cages. Haha. Let your babies roam free. Free range bables. LOL.
Thanks!
And the baby talk was sweet!
