Right-Click menu WB skins weird with IconX

When my machine starts, it loans WB, IconX and WFX. Everything seems find by the WB skins on the desktop RIght-Click are not skinned. Close IconX and they are skinned. Reopen IconX and they are not. If I open the IconX Configuration and immediatly close it, then the right-click menus are skinned.

Something is getting corrected in the opening of the Config byt this is anoying to do this every time.

Any ideas?

I have this problem of IconX destroying my desktop right click menu too and have already started a thread.As of yet I have not been offered a solution.
