I have galciv2 gold edition which includes dark avatar and it won't let me do the human campaign please help!!

it will only show the drengin campaign it is as if there is no terran campaign.

Update the game. The ability to play the DL campaign in DA was added in the 1.5x patches. If you cannot or do not want to update, you can play the DL campaign in DL by using the Switch Chapter button in the launcher.

Kryo, in Gold Edition, does the Dread Lords campaign play with Dark Avatar's graphics? I'm just curious.

I don't know what's the situation with the CD edition (I downloaded the game), but I have two separate folders with two programs: GalCiv2.exe and GC2DarkAvatar.exe. Try finding GalCiv2.exe. It should run standard GC-2 with human campaign.

Only if you play it through DA. If you run the old DL program it'll still look the same as before.
