User Manual, online version brought up to date for us killing time.

I am waiting until til the local Gamestop gets a copy in. And would like to read the manual, but i had noticed a couple times someone mentioning that the version in the encyclopedia is about six months old. I have read all the other docs. And half of this manual a couple weeks ago. So is it old, and if so when can i expect an op to date version online. I suspect this might confuse a few people as well thinking their installed PDFs are the same. Thank you.
